Tip Number 1: REST!
You really do need extra sleep when you’re not feeling well because of a cold or the flu especially true if you’re running a low-grade fever. Sleep helps your body fight the infection that’s causing you to feel ill. It may be difficult especially if your a mom, but you have to do so if you want to bounce back quickly and cut the down time in half.
