Great AB workout tonight. This is just a peek into it. Here is what I did and you can do tomorrow????

3 rounds. Set timer to 40 sec on and 10 sec off
-MT climbers
-3 PT abs
-Push-up into a toe touch
-high knee jog
Boom! Fun times!!!!
